The seller supplies the goods. Hoobuy handles the buying and warehouse stages, and the chosen carrier transports the parcel. You still decide whether the item is right, whether to request a return, and which packaging and route to pay for.

What is QC?

QC means quality control. In this buying process it usually refers to warehouse inspection and photographs of the item that arrived for your order. The photos help you spot a wrong variant, missing piece or visible damage before international shipping.

Check the included photo set and any extra-photo charge shown for your item. A standard view may not show the measurement or underside you need. Photographs cannot authenticate a product, establish its material composition or prove how it will perform with use.

How to check QC photos

Open the item in the warehouse area. Match its order number, colour, size tag, quantity and accessories to your purchase. Inspect the overall shape first, then details that matter to you.

Ask for a specific extra view or measurement if the photos leave a question. “Please photograph the size label and measure the sleeve” gives support something clear to do. QC photos can show visible issues; they do not prove authenticity or long-term performance.

Follow it through to delivery

Save the parcel and tracking references. A label may appear before the carrier accepts the box; look for the first acceptance scan and any destination-carrier number.

At delivery, check the packaging and item count. Keep photos, labels and packaging if anything is damaged or missing, and report it promptly through the parcel record.
